The "raw oysters with shells," a cost challenge, is a must-try item.
We procure our fish from Senposhi, located at the edge of Atsukishi Bay on the east side of Kushiro Town,
The large, plump meat is smooth to the palate.
Please enjoy the original taste of the raw oyster with a simple squeeze of lemon.
They are available for 165 yen (tax included) each.
In addition to this, we have a large selection of sashimi that we take pride in the freshness of.
We recommend ordering individual items of your choice, as well as the "Specialty Market Direct Iroian Platter" which is an assortment of several kinds of food.
